Do I need to login to start shopping?

No, you will not need to login to complete your purchase. However, we do encourage you to log in first before you start shopping for our amazing bargains.

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there was a payment authorization failure?
Normally this is common credit card error so please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.(all information)

My Credit Card has been declined, what can I do?

There may be insufficient funds on your credit card so try another card.

What is your order process?

Our order process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 2 - 5 business days. Email the customer service team on info@mylittlegadgets.com if further assistance is required at any point.

How can i track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also automatically notify you via email of any important tracking information. Visit our Track Your Order page. 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Shipping to the USA can take about 4 -15 business days to arrive. Shipping internationally can take around 7 - 20 business days to arrive. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to deliver to you, allow 15 – 30 days at least. Wait 50 days, if order not received, contact us at info@mylittlegadgets.com and we’ll refund your payment or send you a new item.

My order hasn’t arrived on time, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time (50 days), you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at info@mylittlegadgets.com and we will provide you with an update. But if 50 days haven't gone, we can't do anything. So send us an email after 50 days if not order received and we’ll refund your order.

Do I have to pay costume and/or import taxes?
My Little Gadgets cannot be held responsible for any customs charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. My Little Gadgets is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
